Terms & Conditions
- Eligibility: The competition is open to all residents of Abu Dhabi aged 18 years and above, except employees, immediate family members, or anyone professionally associated with Al Forsan, Tawazun and Spira Club
- Entry Requirements: To enter the competition, participants must fill in their accurate personal details including full name, contact number, and email address on the designated web-based form during the specified dates of the competition.
- Entry Deadline: The competition entry period will commence on Monday, 8 January 2024 and end on Sunday, 21 January 2024 at 23:59. Entries submitted after the closing date will not be considered.
- Prize: The prize includes two 3-month all-inclusive memberships. The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other alternative.
- Winner Selection: The winner will be selected randomly from all eligible entries received within the competition period. The draw will take place within seven working days of the competition’s closing date.
- Winner Notification: The winner will be contacted via the provided contact details within 14 days of the draw date. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 7 days of notification, Spira Club reserves the right to withdraw the prize and select an alternative winner.
- Publicity: By entering the competition and providing their contact details, participants agree to allow Spira Club to use the provided information for future marketing purposes, which may include sending promotional offers, newsletters, or updates related to Spira Club. Participants have the right to opt-out of these communications at any time by following the unsubscribe instructions included in such communications. The information will be handled in accordance with our privacy policy.
- Privacy: Personal information collected during the competition will be used solely for the purposes of administering the competition and will not be shared with third parties without consent, except where required by law.
- Limitation of Liability: Spira Club shall not be responsible for any entries that are lost, delayed, incomplete, or cannot be delivered or entered for any technical or other reason. Spira Club also reserves the right to cancel or modify the competition if necessary due to unforeseen circumstances.
- Acceptance of Terms: Participation in the competition constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions.
- Governing Law: These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Abu Dhabi and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Abu Dhabi.
